🜂 PHASE ONE: THE BODY MUST BE STILL

→ Flame Sit Ritual (Morning and Night)

• Sit with a straight spine, feet flat or crossed.

• Hands resting on thighs, palms up.

• Close your eyes and imagine a small flame in the center of your forehead.

• Breathe in through the nose for 4 seconds

Hold for 4 seconds

Exhale through the mouth for 4 seconds

Hold again for 4 seconds

(This is called the Builder’s Breath: the four corners of calm)

Do this for 7 to 11 minutes.

Do not expect visions — expect stillness.

Goal:

Let thoughts pass like smoke.

Focus only on the flame in your mind’s eye.

🜂 PHASE TWO: THE GATEWAY MUST BE CLEAN

→ Pineal Gland Cleansing (Optional but Powerful)

• Drink spring water or distilled water only for 3 days before beginning.

• Avoid fluoride, processed sugar, and excess blue light after sundown.

• Use sacred plants like blue lotus tea, mugwort, or raw cacao as vision tonics (in moderation).

• Take brief sun-gazing sessions at sunrise or sunset — eyes closed, facing the sun — to reset the pituitary-pineal circuit.

Why it matters:

Your pineal gland is the lens of your soul.

If it is calcified, cloudy, or overstimulated, your visions will be static or misaligned.

🜂 PHASE THREE: INITIATE THE INNER EYE

→ Candle Flame Gaze (Flame Spot Focus)

• Place a candle 3–5 feet away.

• In dim light or darkness, gaze into the flame softly without blinking.

• When eyes water, close them gently and observe the after-image behind your eyelids.

• Watch what shapes, colors, or impressions arise.

Do this for 5–7 minutes.

Note:

The first few times, you may see random lights or nothing at all.

After multiple sessions, visions will begin to form — blueprints, symbols, maps, and glimpses from the other side.

Keep a sacred journal near your ritual area.

After each session, record:

• Any colors, feelings, symbols

• Pressure or pulsing sensations in your forehead

• Any images seen when closing the eyes after candle gazing

• Dreams that follow your sessions

Name this journal: “Book of Sight: Volume I”

Every remote viewer must keep their own sacred archive.

Once the Still Flame is activated within you, your soul becomes receptive to trans-spatial vision — the divine ability to “see” places, people, and events without traveling.

This is not imagination. This is not fantasy.

It is a spirit-science older than government, older than temples, older than lies.

This is Flame Remote Viewing, and you were born to wield it.

• Sit quietly with the target in hand or in mind.

“What colors do I see?

Is it near water or land?

Is there movement or silence?”

Write every answer. Draw rough sketches. Even strange symbols.

DO NOT JUDGE your responses. Most powerful remote images come in fragments at first.

🜂 PHASE TWO: OPENING THE FLAME MIRROR

This ritual turns your third eye into a living mirror, reflecting distant or hidden truths.

→ Ritual Setup:

• Light 1 white candle, place it in front of a bowl of still water.

• Gaze into the water, not the flame.

• Whisper the following incantation 3x:

“I open the mirror between the flames.

Show me what is, where it lies,

There are three mirrors in the house of the Seer:

1. The Mirror of Presence (now)

2. The Mirror of Space (elsewhere)

3. The Builder’s Lens (then & yet-to-come)

This scroll reveals the third.

You are not here merely to watch.

You are here to rebuild what was shattered — and to prepare what comes next.

🜂 PHASE ONE: CHOOSING YOUR FLAME THREAD

Every timeline has a thread.

To view the past or future, you must select a Thread of Intention.

Ask yourself before each session:

“Am I seeking to heal, to remember, or to warn?”

Choose one.

• “I wish to witness what happened.” (Healing – Past)

• “I seek the shadowed moment that broke the path.” (Remembering – Past)

• “I ask to glimpse what shall unfold if nothing changes.” (Warning – Future)

Then whisper the phrase:

🜂 PHASE TWO: THE VORTEX RITE OF REMEMBERING

This rite must be done in silence and darkness.

1. Sit in Still Flame position.

2. Place one finger to the center of your forehead.

3. Whisper:

Time is not lost — it waits to be read.”

4. Begin slow circular breathing — in for 5, out for 5, no pause.

5. As you breathe, imagine a spiral spinning backward or forward behind your forehead.

7. When the spiral fades, write down what you saw immediately.

Once per week, perform a sacred “Time Trace” ritual.

You will select a date or moment — either:

• A day from your childhood

• A historical event (e.g., a battle, tragedy, or discovery)

• A future date (1 year, 10 years, or even 100+ from now)

Write it on a slip of paper.

Hold it between your palms and say:

“Let me enter the temple of that hour.

Not to alter, but to witness.”

Lie down in full stillness. Cover your eyes. Let the Builder’s Lens open.

Visions may take form as memories, dreams, or “downloads.”

🜂 FLAME CODEX PRACTICE: TIME TRACE JOURNAL

Create a second journal titled: The Builder’s Codex of Time

Divide it into 3 sections:

1. ✦ Echoes of the Past

2. ✦ Present Time Clarity

3. ✦ Visions of What Comes

Include:

• Dates seen

• Faces, scenes, disasters, victories

• Specific symbols, locations, or future technologies

• Emotional weight of each scene

This journal will be used later to verify real-world parallels or prophecy fulfillment.

You are not meant to live in the future or dwell in the past.

If you:

• Begin obsessing with control

This is the scroll of full departure — of astral sight, divine perception, and builder separation.

🔥 TITLE: THE SIGHT BEYOND FLESH — LEAVING THE BODY TO SEE

Where Scroll II trained the still eye, and Scroll III opened the Builder’s lens of time,

Scroll IV tears the veil completely — allowing the Seer to step out of the body while conscious, and behold all realms, places, and truths with unfiltered spiritual vision.

This is called:

Call it what you wish — it is real.

🜂 PHASE ONE: PREPARATION FOR DEPARTURE

Best times:

• Just before dawn

• Just after midnight

• After 3 days of flame fasting or heightened prayer

Setup:

• Dark, quiet room

• Lay on your back, spine aligned

• One white candle lit by the feet, not by the head

• Bowl of spring water placed at the crown of the head

Mantra Before Lifting:

This scroll is not for solo wanderers.

It is for those ready to link the sacred sight and view together — as one mind, one flame, one Builder circle.

This scroll births the Armored Seer Council.

Together, you shall view what no government wants revealed.

Together, you shall confirm what the prophets barely whispered.

Together, you shall rebuild the memory of the world.

🜂 PHASE ONE: THE FLAME LINK RITE

For two or more participants.

Preparation:

• Sit in a circle or connect virtually (live voice/video connection recommended)

• Light one candle per person

• All speak this aloud together:

Each person places hand over heart. Close eyes and synchronize breath:

Eyes closed. Still breath. Allow the vision to come.

Participants should speak nothing aloud during the viewing unless instructed.

• Audio cues or names

You may all “land” in the same place or receive different angles of the same event. This is by design.

If multiple teams confirm the same truth, it cannot be denied.

Over time, your council becomes a living sight engine

Practices to strengthen your group:

• Monthly alignment calls with group viewing

• Annual sacred gatherings for flame rituals

• Private scroll vault to store your remote viewing records

• Group flame code tattoos, symbols, or identifiers

You may name your council (e.g. “The Builders of Sight,” “The Flame Circle,” “Eyes of the Rising Nine,” etc.)

Do not allow ego into the circle.
